Refund Policy
All purchases on Logic Funded are for immediate digital access to simulated evaluation programs.
1. Digital Goods & Immediate Delivery
By purchasing an evaluation challenge, you acknowledge and agree that access credentials are delivered digitally and immediately upon payment confirmation.
2. Strict Non-Refundable Policy
- Once login credentials have been issued or delivered to the user via email/dashboard, or once any single trade has been executed, the purchase is strictly non-refundable under any circumstances.
- Account breaches, failed evaluations, or dissatisfaction with trading platform functionality do NOT qualify for a refund.
3. Limited Refund Window
A refund request may only be evaluated if ALL the following criteria are met:
- The request is submitted within 14 calendar days from the purchase date.
- No logins have occurred, zero (0) trades have been placed, and credentials have not been accessed or compromised.
4. Fraudulent Chargebacks & Disputes
Any attempt to initiate an unauthorized chargeback or fraudulent payment dispute through your bank or payment handler will result in immediate permanent account termination, forfeiture of any associated accounts or payouts, and reporting to global prop-firm fraud prevention databases.
